 Fairly complete.
Please bear with us while we work on our website.

We have changed domains, so we are having to rebuild the site; this includes uploading all of our 2008 Ship's Log and photos (plus additional photos not on our original site), in addition, we are in the process of adding the Ship's Log for 2009 and the 2009 Gallery

We are still working the kinks out!   Thanks.   JoLe and KC

Click on 2008, above, to see our Ship's Log and Gallery for our travels from San Diego to Hawaii and then on to The Aleutian Islands, to Kodiak, AK and then through the Inside Passage to Seattle, WA.

To See our Ship's Log and Gallery for our travels through the Inside Passage from Seattle to Juneau and back to Seattle via Sitka, Craig, and the Barrier Islands, to Prince Rupert and a different route into Fitz Hugh Sound which is part of the Inside Passage back to Seattle  in 2009, Click on 2009, above.

We are just beginning to link pages; after the photos are loaded we will work on linking more pages  together.

A bit of background from our original site but much of which still holds true today:  Back in 1995, we were looking at our lives, the things we missed doing and what we wanted yet to do in our lifetimes and saw most of the things had to do with the ocean.

In early 1997 we decided that buying a sailboat to use as a charter business and to travel to different parts of the world would be the perfect answer and allow us to share our love of the ocean with our 5 kids. Friends and family were apprehensive but also patient about our intentions and dreams of “Sailing to X” destinations.

Most believed that these wild and romantic dreams would wear off over time and common sense would prevail. They of course did not own nor watch the movie Captain Ron multiple times with their kids as we did. Obviously they were mistaken as here we are today in the midst of fulfilling our dream on the Sailing Vessel STX.
